Shipping Policy

We offer reliable worldwide shipping so you can enjoy authentic Himalayan Mad Honey no matter where you live.

  • U.S. Orders: Delivered within 5 to 8 business days

  • International Orders: Delivered within 2 to 3 weeks, depending on customs and local postal services

Once an order leaves our facility and is postmarked by the carrier, it is no longer under the responsibility of Himalayan Dose. We do not have control over packages once they are with USPS or international carriers. If any issues arise after dispatch, customers must address them directly with the shipping provider.

Return & Exchange Policy

General Terms

We provide a 14-day return policy for all unopened items. Customers must contact us within 14 days of receiving their order to initiate a return or exchange. Refunds may be issued as either a monetary reimbursement or a product replacement.

Return Process

  1. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

  2. Items must be returned in their original, unopened condition to qualify for a refund.

  3. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.


Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order before shipment, please contact us immediately.

  • If your order has already shipped, you may refuse delivery.

  • For packages already received, do not return the item until you have received instructions from our support team.

While all sales are generally considered final, we do our best to find a fair solution if issues arise.

  • Refunds, returns, and replacements are not automatically guaranteed and must be approved by our team.

  • All refund requests must meet the conditions outlined in this policy.

  • Valid reasons for returns or replacements are determined at the discretion of our team.

  • Support is not guaranteed beyond 15 days if the customer fails to report issues within that timeframe.
